In 2010, Wendy Hodges and Kim Davis formed a team to expand buyer & seller specialities. Kim works as a buyers agent and Wendy specializes in marketing and consulting with sellers. Wendy and Kim’s relationship developed over 12 years ago when they both worked in the school system.
