Being a native of the area and growing up in Conway, Wendy knows personally about the homes, the niches of each area, the local Coastal Carolina University that she attended and more. Kim has lived in the area for over 15 years and personally has sold thousands of properties to satisfied clients, raised her children in the local schools, and knows the neighborhoods from the south of the beach to the north.

Their knowledge of local schools; communities; and service providers has proven to help their clients transition smoothly and eagerly call Myrtle Beach “HOME”. They makes it a priority in business to maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the marketplace in Myrtle Beach and the surrounding areas, so that they can provide up-to-date information to clients. They monitors market trends and provide up-to-date information to all her clients.

In 2010, Wendy Hodges and Kim Davis formed a team to expand buyer & seller specialities. Kim works as a buyers agent and Wendy specializes in marketing and consulting with sellers. Wendy and Kim’s relationship developed over 12 years ago when they both worked in the school system.
